Craig H. Handler is an Associate in the firm's Commercial and Civil Litigation Practice Groups. Mr. Handler performs all aspects of general litigation including commercial construction, business and real estate related matters.

Prior to joining Kushnick & Associates, P.C., Mr. Handler had several years of experience in defense litigation. He has defended lawsuits on behalf of insurance companies including St. Paul Travelers, Underwriters of Lloyd’s of London, Gulf Insurance Group and many others, as well as self-insured Fortune 500 companies.

While attending Hofstra University School of Law, he served in the Moot Court Association and was a senior editor and columnist for the law school newspaper, The Conscience.

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Vincent T. Pallaci is an Associate in the firm’s Commercial and Civil Litigation Practice Groups. Mr. Pallaci performs all aspects of general litigation including commercial construction, business and insurance coverage disputes.

Prior to joining Kushnick & Associates, P.C., Mr. Pallaci was an Associate at a Manhattan law firm where his practice concentrated on construction and commercial litigation as well as the prosecution of trademark applications. He has represented general contractors, sub-contractors, owners and project managers on a wide array of disputes, including mechanic’s lien foreclosures, diversion of trust fund claims and construction defect claims.
