Jeffrey A. Lhuillier began working at Kushnick Pallaci PLLC as a law clerk while he was still in law school and he subsequently joined the firm as an associate in 2012. Since then Mr. Lhuillier has immersed himself in the world of construction and construction litigation. He regularly handles breach of contract disputes, mechanic’s lien filing, prosecution and defense of lien foreclosure actions, as well as defective construction and property damage claims.
With a practice that is heavily focused on construction, Mr. Lhuillier’s hard work and skill was quickly recognized and he has been named a “rising star” by Super Lawyers Magazine every year since 2014. Mr. Lhuillier has represented contractors, developers, owners, subcontractors, vendors and other material suppliers in a wide array of claims across various counties in New York.
Prior to practicing law Mr. Lhuillier worked as a mechanic’s assistant and laborer assisting on various aspects of on-site construction, plumbing, underground water supply, estimating and drafting.
