The firm's founder, Lawrence Kushnick, possesses over 23 years of litigation experience, is a past Law Review Editor and is a frequent lecturer on topics involving construction law. Prior to forming KP, Mr. Kushnick was with a 90 attorney New York City firm where he represented automobile manufacturers including Honda, Chrysler, Toyota, Nissan and the City of New York and was involved in trials and arbitrations throughout the United States. Mr. Kushnick was also affiliated with a 40 attorney Garden City, New York firm where he specialized in construction litigation, architect and engineer malpractice.  Mr. Kushnick was recently awarded the prestigious New York Metro Super Lawyers award for Construction Law.
