Firm partners Larry Kushnick and Vince Pallaci have been selected to speak at a seminar in September 2012 to discuss strategies for mitigating damages to construction sites in urban environments. Mr. Kushnick will be the moderator for the event and Mr. Pallaci will be presenting a section on stop work orders, RPAPL 881 Applications and Licensing Agreements.
