Kushnick | Pallaci PLLC managing member Vincent T. Pallaci has been invited to speak at the annual New York State Association of Towns meeting and training school. The training school will take place in Manhattan in February 2015 and is expected to draw around 2,000 town officials from across New York. Mr. Pallaci will be speaking on the topic of change orders in municipal construction.
